About Us

Mission Statement:  Laurens County Schools are student-centered communities of learners that challenge students to become independent critical thinkers, problem solvers, and contributing citizens.

Vision Statement:  Rigor, Relevance, Relationships ... every teacher, every student, every day!

Welcome to West Laurens High School!  The administration and staff are working diligently to prepare our students for academic success while in high school, but also for prosperous and rewarding lives after the students graduate. To ensure this success, we ask our parents and community to join us in our commitment to high academic expectations, teamwork, and pride within our school and community. We can’t do it without you! Together, let’s inspire and achieve greatness in every endeavor.  If you have any suggestions or wish to volunteer, please do not hesitate to contact the school.  As always - “It’s a Great Day to be a Raider!”
